Delivery Across The UK
All our Shopfittings are available by mail order. We use external carriers and although we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery we will always do our best to work around your deadlines. If a set time is required then please inform our sales staff whilst ordering your goods.
Please make sure that on any confirmed delivery date someone is available to accept the goods as redelivery will usually mean an additional charge.
With all Slatwall Panel deliveries please note that it is the customer''s responsibility to offload all goods. All goods damaged by the courier will be replaced by Interior Displays.
Lead Times
Standard lead times are as follows on our major products are as follows:-
- Slatwall Panels 1-3 days
- Slatwall Accessories 1-2 days
- Garment Displays 3-5 days
- Shelving 3-5 days
- Greeting Card Units, Counters and Display Units items 10 -14 working days
We can offer a next day delivery service with Slatwall Panel orders for a small additional charge if ordered before 10am, however please call us to arrange this. Slatwall Accessories and Garment Rails can usually be dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before 10am at no additional cost.

Returns
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering.
Interior Displays Ltd does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.
Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Interior Displays Ltd.
Returned goods will only be accepted, if they are not correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.
Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation number from Interior Displays Ltd.
Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitably packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.
